What’s hot in the financial credit scene

New strategies for navigating the complex and evolving credit world will be reviewed at the June 25 Solano Economic Development Corporation meeting in Fairfield.

Three financial executives will participate in the event which is designed to help Solano County business keep up-to-date on the ever changing economic conditions.

“We’ve weathered the worst of this storm,” Michael Ammann, president of Solano EDC said, “but the waters are still pretty choppy. This program will give some insight into the future, with three top executives participating on the panel. With the improving economy there is growing interest in financial credit.”

Panelists are: Paul Schroeder, managing director, Cohen Financial; Ron Vyse, vice president and business development officer, Wells Fargo Bank; and Patsy Van Ouwerkerk, president and CEO, Travis Credit Union.

The Breakfast event begins at 7:30 a.m. June 25 at the Hilton Garden Inn in Fairfield. Cost is $25 for Solano EDC members and $35 for non-members.

The event is sponsored by Travis Credit Union.

The breakfast meeting is part of the series of meetings conducted monthly to bring information and networking opportunities to the private and government sectors. The series is sponsored by: Syar Industries, Solano Garbage Company, Touro University and Potrero Hills Landfill.
